How do tie breakers work? If we were to lose to Tech and end up with the same record? We would be 1-1 against each other.

Do they go by the best conference win or something else?

The first tiebreaker is who has the best record among the tied teams. Since we will finish the regular season 0-2 vs these teams, we need to finish 1 game up to have a better seed.

I'm sorry, I was unclear with what I was asking. I mean if we end up tie with USM and La Tech, with the same conference records, then where does the tie breaker come from. I know we have to be a game up when a team beat us in the only match up.

We already beat both of them and hopefully we can beat them both next time but where does the tie breaker come from if the teams are tie in every respect? The best record against the highest ranked team? And keep going down until someone has an advantage?

We'd have to lose to both USM and LaTech to be in a tie with them, so it's not gonna happen.

Because the final 4 is certain, right?

That’s correct.
