Big win by the Panthers today. Too bad the Jets didn't help us.

Long history of that going back as far as the "Tuck Rule" play....

Wild Card Weekend

Saturday:
4:35 Titans @ Chiefs never played in the regular season
8:15 Falcons @ Rams never played in the regular season

Sunday:
1pm Bills @ Jags never played in the regular season
4:40pm Panthers @ Saints Panthers 0-2 vs Saints : @ Car 34-13 Saints, @ Saints 31-21

**************

IMO

Chiefs
Rams
Jags
Panthers **IF we get our offense right and its real hard to beat a team 3 times in one season.

OTHER NFL NEWS OF NOTE:

Bills first playoff appearance since 1999! WOW!

Browns 0-16 LOL

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000...ck-del-rio
Del Rio gone.
*Kind of surprising considering, that said, the way the have petered out the last two seasons maybe not.

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000...r-412-year
Pagaono out with Colts
*they screwed him over with no players but you are what your record says you are.

Marvin Lewis, John Fox, and most likely a few others get the ax in a few days.

Happy for the Bills and their fans after a long playoff drought.

I'm not laughing as a Browns fan. It is so sad to see this franchise become garbage over the past 18 seasons. Some light in the tunnel is we have a proven new GM with $100 million under the salary cap and the following picks in the top of the April draft to work with:

Round 1 (1), (4)
Round 2 (33), (35), (63)
Round 3 (65)

QB is top priority both in the draft and in free agency.

Great news for fans of the Chiefs, Chargers, and Raiders: Vance Joseph is still the head coach of the Broncos and John Elway is still the GM with total control of the franchise.

The Saints tanked hard in the last 5 minutes on Sunday to get this matchup, and just as importantly, to be matched with Wentz-less Philly in the second round. Both the Panthers and Saints will be rooting for the Rams on Saturday.

Felt bad for Ty Taylor. The back of his head just slammed flush against the ground.
Concussions are scary business. That helmet hit that took out Kelce was nasty too.
I don't know how much more improvements to helmets can reduce head injuries when you have guys flying around and built like brick houses.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Panthers go for FGs instead of TDs and you can't do that against the Saints. Kept it close but couldn't pull it off.

SWEPT by the Saints!

Gotta get Cam some receivers and we got to figure out what is stifling this offense.

The quarterback that Chargers management thought was done in 2005 has won 7 playoff games with the Saints, including a Super Bowl.

Ya know.... that brings up a good point.... what was the whole deal around that shoulder surgery and them kind of being scared about it but.... yeah.... once he got to the Saints...

I don’t see how you were impressed with the Falcons. They looked just like the Mike Smith led Birds, moving the ball between the 20’s but unable to punch it in the End Zone.
