Heck, I'm of the mind that there should be no gun carry license of any type -- constitutional carry. But that's just me.

You have a social security card, what does it matter? You've already got government ID. And I notice not too many GOP people aside from the libertarians bothered to vote against the Real ID act, which much more tightly integrated state licenses with the feds and imposed federal mandatory guidelines that all states must abide by in issuing licenses. As a resident of SC, they won't let me board a plane in 2019 and beyond without a passport because they refuse to accept my SCDL.

So your argument doesn't hold water with me because, again, your fears are already reality.

But I do agree with you on no license straight up constitutional carry.

My government ID (SSN) doesn't put me in a DB that says he owns guns.

My CCP does just that, though.

Nuance has never been a strong point for Mpls.

Considering her views on the Constitution as expressed in the past I question if she has ever had any education about it at all.

That's kinda what the constitution does. It sets up very specific scenarios where the federal government is more powerful than state government.

Then it man's up and says the state rules in everything else.

Quote:The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

I think the correct formulation would be individual rights over states' rights. Like, you know, the Constitution says.

I can only assume you stopped reading at the 9th amendment, but that is probably giving you too much credit. I doubt you made it past the preamble.

Hell, I'm saying I don't trust the federal gub'ment one iota to not try to twist this into a blessing for libtard gun control at the federal level some time down the road.

There is no counter argument that can be made when someone (in this case you) refuse to accept the facts and prefers to remain in some altered fantasy reality.

So when you are dealing with willful and determined ignorance it's best to mock it.

I've already ran up the flagpole forum banning Mpls earlier this afternoon. Mpls either a straight up mental indigent or a perpetual troll. If the later, said poster might want to make even a 1/4 ass effort to attempt to acquit themselves while they have a chance.

Posts #12, #16, and #25, GTA explicitly says he wants to force policy for the sake of trolling liberals and liberal states.

Then, supposedly, a poster calls him out by “trolling” him, and he personally insults and threatens to ban the poster.

Classic. Again, Rothbard would be proud
