Yeah, I tend to agree with this. I never even heard of guaranteed, money games in college baseball. Football, yes, but not baseball. Teams like LSU, Arkansas and Ole Miss can attract just about anyone outside the Top 25 - 35 teams to play road games at their sites without paying compensation or offering home and home. Rice schedules home and home with the likes of Stanford, Texas, TCU, A&M and even UCF (with whom we're reciprocating for their series at Reckling 2 years ago by playing in their season-opening tourney this year), but we also schedule non-reciprocating home OOC series with the likes of SELA, Pepperdine, ECU and Gonzaga.

Miami (FL) doesn't play any OOC away games, so there must be someone selling games to them.

Yes, I forgot them. Whoops. They had 4 when I put that together (now 7).

Having 12 teams playing baseball, everyone plays 10 conference series' leaving one team out. It looks like the same teams from last season will miss out on each other this year.

From what we know now...

Louisiana Tech will not play FAU
Rice - Marshall

Assumed from last year:
Southern Miss- Charlotte
Old Dominion- WKU
UAB-UTSA
Middle Tennessee- FIU

Rice with it's usual ridiculously tough schedule, especially so this year with back-to-back road series to open the season...
