That rings a bell for me too, but I'm thinking Spanos is gonna have to wait a bit before he gets his Los Angeles revenue-bump. Hard to imagine a potential buyer looking at Sunday's game in Carson and thinking that the Chargers are now more valuable than they were in 2016.

Someone paid a $1B for the Bills. I've got that imagine on location alone the Chargers are worth at least that. But it's clear that Spanos is simply a barnacle just cashing those revenue sharing checks

I'm not gonna argue that he can't get a big number for selling the Chargers but I don't think that big number has gotten any bigger just because he moved to LA Carson. You're right though: Owning an NFL team is the next best thing to a license to print money.

Pagano is #3 on this hot seat list, with Marvin Lewis and John Fox being the top two. This writer dropped Pagano from #1 to #3, maybe because he is out of Luck. 03-lmfao

That was such a bad pun. Marvin Lewis' issue is that he stuck with the Red Rifle for too long.

BTW I'm putting the over underline at 27k for tonight's SF v LAC game

I'm kind of digging this gold color rush look for the Lambs.

It was a familiar look for Jared Goff...

Pretty entertaining TNF game. Goff threw several nice passes last night.

Yeah, there has been a lot of chatter this morning about whether the Rams are a real football team this year (or at least whether they have a real offense). Considering the teams they've played so far it's hard to draw any strong conclusions but it's starting to look like Goff's biggest problems last year had a lot to do with coaching and scheme. ETA: And probably personnel too. Man, they were REALLY bad last year...

I know it was the correct call, but the ending to ATL/DET just left a bad taste in my mouth. If other news, WK 3 had weird outcomes; JAX destroying BAL, BUF holding on against DEN and the Jets over the Fish. I just don't have a good feel for this season yet.

I don't see how they had enough to overturn that ATL/DET game... willing to give it as being super close but being ruled a TD and without a definitive angle for his knee being ON THE GRASS you can't say he was and thus down before the plane was broken.

I can't believe the Pats got to keep that game winning TD... he did catch it... he did fall forward with it till he verticaled out then that ball was lose in his arm before he hit the ground and you could see it wasn't tucked tight when he landed.

I was super surprised by the Jets and Jags dominating like they did.

Bears/Steelers was a wild one.

I look at it this way..

You want to score the TD, you throw the ball _in_ the end zone, leave no doubts... Detroit took a risk and it didn't play in their favor.

I'd love to be a fly on the wall in the Chicago locker room after that game though.. (I do think the refs did screw up a bit, as it should have been one of those 1-point safeties for the Bears).

And I agree that NE was given the gift in the TD they received. Receive IMO, did not have possession when he came down.

I gotta say Tony Romo isn't that bad of a commentator... and some of his insights tonight aren't bad.

Tom Brady's tears do taste great!

Good to see Cam back to looking like Cam again....

Still kind of disappointed we lost a 14 point lead in the 4th but the GOAT is the GOAT for a reason so I did expect a Patriots comeback....

I'm happy to get out of there with a 3pt win.

LOL Saints shut out Dolphins

Bills beat the Falcons

Bengals romp the Browns

Rams looking real good and beat the Cowboys

Lions double up the Vikings

Panthers get by but not really

Jets manage to beat the Jags in OT

Steelers ROMP the Ravens
--I remember when this was a good series... what has happened to the Ravens?

Texans drop 57 on the Titans? Deshaun Watson is THE TRUTH!

That 49rs Cards game was insane.

Eagles Chargers was epic as well.

LOL, the Giants are 0-4 and seem to be heading deeper down the drain each week.

Raiders offense has been looking iffy

Packers prison rape the Bears.

ODDLY enough right now the Colts/Seahawks game is close and intense.

Chiefs Skins on MNF should be pretty good IMO.

Most of my stuff was from highlights and looking at the scoreboard. I did fully watch the Panthers Pats game of course.

I agree that Deshaun Watson is doing things in Houston.

It's early, but... Watson is the clear leader for rookie of the year and McVay is the clear leader for coach of the year.
