1. UNLV
2. UMASS
3. ECU
4. Georgia State
5. Every team in Texas
6. FIU
7. FAU
8. UNCC
9. Kent State
10. UTEP

This is a stupid ranking. It was not even well thought out. Every team in Texas didn't lose in week 1. 7 of the 12 FBS programs in Texas either won their week 1 games or did not play, due to Hurricane Harvey.

TCU 63 Jackson St. 0
Texas Tech 56 Eastern Washington 10
North Texas 59 Lamar 14
SMU 58 SFA 14
Texas St.20 HBU 11
Houston didn't play
UTSA didn't play

ESPN doesn't care about any of the programs outside of their P5 conferences, and it really shows when the release hack articles like this. Mark my words, C-USA will be one of the better G5 conferences this season.

No FBS school beat another FBS school Good enough to rank there.

Plus #5 is always his silly one.

#5 is always a spot for an AQ or P5 team that had something incredibly horrible/stupid or is just an awful team, e.g. Michigan losing to Appalachian State in '07 earned them spot #5.

I think UMASS could possibly set a record. Has there ever been a team who has managed to lose six games in one month?

RE: The Bottom 10 (updated Week 3) - CUSA still showing us how it's done
For Week 2, no MAC teams in the Bottom 10, but a couple on the waiting list. So that's good.
Buffalo beating their average FCS team should keep them out of it.
Bowling Green St plays at Northwestern, so they might sink into it.
