Dukes getting taken to the woodshed against the home-standing USVI National Team. Down 53-28 at the half. Yikes!

Dukes got worked tonight. It was the usvi national team that beat vandy as well. I'm pretty happy with how we performed overall

Is there a box score from the last game?

Not what you are looking for I know, but here's a report from the game FWIW... http://stthomassource.com/content/2017/0...s-madison/

Looks like Matt Lewis was the star for the Dukes. 5 made 3-pointers.

JMU freshman Matt Lewis was the lone offensive spark for the young Dukes. He finished with 20 points on 6-13 shooting.

β€œI needed that.” Lewis said when asked about his five made 3 pointers. β€œIt feels good seeing the ball go in.”

I saw an early basketball preview yesterday at the grocery store in Athlon's. It had the Dukes finishing 10th in the CAA.

What was the justification for them being that high?

Not overly surprised. They probably took 2 seconds on it and quickly saw JMU only returning McLean and Snowden who played last year and 10 new faces along with a turd burger of a season last year to draw the conclusion we'll be terrible...which of course could happen, but I doubt it. 16-17 regular season wins and breaking even in the CAA is achievable.
