What in THE HELL HAPPENED?
I'm wondering if this will be the only position where we see a true freshman contribute.

If Gunnar OAKES PLAYS, at 160lbs, I'll freak out.

Injuries happened. Lack of Juco TE recruiting happened. Keen has had about 3 weeks or so to adapt.

BTW, WMU's board reported 5 true freshmen in the two deep. Let's trust Creighton and see how we roll......

RE: Charlotte 49ers at EMU
BTW, one thing to remember in college (and NFL) as I believe E'Tough has mentioned, the rotation of OLs is much, much less than DL.
Six OLs might play the five positions while a total of say EIGHT DLs might play the four positions during a game.
Baring injury don't need as much depth on the OL as the DL.
So 2-deeps on the OL is not equivalent to 2-deeps on the DL.

Luckeyone will like this. According to the MAC, we are ahead of NIU, Toledo and WMU in the football standings.

Oh, the teams are all 0 - 0 and listed alphabetically. Lol.
(I know, nice try, Steve, nice try).

Steve,
I would be happy if we finished 3rd in the West behind Toledo and WMU. I truly believe that is within the grasp of this team. It would also mean we probably won 6-7 regular season games that I feel is doable. We are not good enough to overlook any team on our schedule but I don't fear any team except Kentucky. For example, with all of WMUs fire power last season, we played them tough and played very competitively against Toledo.
....and remember, we have the top QB in the conference that most likely will get drafted in the NFL. Yep, I believe he will be better than Woodside.
Let's go Eagles!

Funny but the OC was formerly the ... coach:
1). OL,
2). DL,
3). QB,
4). TE
Pick the correct answer (1 pt.)

There is no agreeing or disagreeing. They have their own statistical analysis system and Crosby, Hoying, and Tallman all graded out high. Their analysis takes into consideration a ton of information the average viewer or fan would never really see. Hoying had the big pick 6 and a number of other pass break ups so his great play was obvious. DLine and OLine performance much harder to judge, so grading high here gives you a great idea of their overall effectiveness in the game.
Nice to see Tallman played well in his first real start at Center.
