Yes, what I shared will finish the CVPA build-out. The museum and academic facility support for the design units, photo and grad studios is in planning docs in the range of 8+ years out. Lots of pre-planning and talk starting now.

Love that bluestone going up on the side.
Looking forward to seeing it this Friday, initial move-in of rising junior daughter off campus this year.

Saw it this past Saturday while doing final move out for graduated daughter. The pics don't give you an idea of just how large it is. Looks like a sports arena.

yucky day/weekend to be working on a roof in the Valley. Roof guys get the day off, but that signature JMU Bluestone and Spanish roof tile really starting to show.

Impressive to see the progress they've made today. Also nice to see the parking lot adjacent to it & behind Wilson Hall being redone by hand w/ individual cobblestones.

Moved daughter into Charleston Towns today. Man, never had those options when I went to JMU- nice digs

D Hall cam seems to be on the fritz this afternoon. Anyone else having issues?

Never mind seems to be working OK now.

Anyone know what is going in the open areas in the tile roof?

just pathways for delivering roof tiles. They'll come back when they're done and close off those 'aisles'

On the left side of the webcam on the ground level there's a cement wall that is kind of jaggedy. It looks like it could be one side of some steps but I'm not sure. Does anyone know what this wall is and why it's shaped the way it is?
