Certainly need to start winning some of these battles against Toledo/NIU/CMU/WMU in this cycle. Little to no success thus far. Look at their commit lists and we made offers to a lot of the same guys.

According to 247sports.com I'm only seeing 2 of Toledo's 14 verbal commits with EMU offers.

Actually he's not rated at all. He's an 'NA' which means not rated. He'd have 3 yellow stars below his pic if he was a 3 star, as well as a decimal rating, instead of 'NA'. Would be very, very rare in this day and age to see a 3 star rated recruit whose only offers were Mercer and Liberty.

Honestly don't care about stars, as much as offers. Inevitably, if an unknown player (NA).....starts racking up offers, the stars will soon follow.

Maybe our first D1 offer will start the ball rolling and he'll get more noticed, as well as rated. That's how it often works.

He's from the same high school as Isaac Holder. Our recruiting down there is mostly focused around the Tampa area it seems.
