Ben McLemore still has NOT reached his full potential and still somewhat raw, But he Has improved every year...Also his ceiling is very very High and I predict Next year will be his Breakout Year on his road to Super stardom....His game is like Ray Allen with a little Kobe Or D-wade to it....He hits his ceiling to go along with Conley, Gasol, and hopefully a healthy Parsons and watch out....PLus DD was a steal just like Ivan Rabb and Kobi Simmons....Coach Fizdale and staff are good really good at Player Development....Seldon is coming along, and so too will Kobi Simmons in time....Like everything their do and making all the right moves...#The World Is Ours Memphis....

B-Mac has not come close to reaching his ceiling yet..His greatest assets are his shooting, which continues to get better and better and his range, His Explosiveness, and his ball handling skills are still getting better...He has the potential to be another Ray Allen with More explosiveness and has a little mix of Kobe and D-Wade to his game, with his handles and Ridiculious Leaping ability and agility...getting real good in ISO as well....Coach Fizdale is known for player development....Look what he did with Undrafted Wayne Seldon so far, and the Improvements Conley has made with shooting and be a more efficent scorer under coach Fizdale...Look at how much Z-bo improved his outside shooting under Fizdale....Remember when Jermaine O'Neal sat on a Portland bench for 3 years, then went to Indiana and exploded, look at How Jimmy Butler, Gordan Hayward developed after a few years in the league...Ben McLemore potential is off the charts, and he has made progress in each year to year, and still is somewhat Raw...He went through 3 coaches in 4 years at Sacremento, and both Karl and Dave don't play alot of Younger guys....Putting Ben McLemore with Conley and Coach Fizdale and this staff could help him fully reach his full potential...My Opinion is this will be his Breakout year and he reaches more on that potential and really takes off....and if that happens, along with Conley, Gasol, and hopefully a healthy Parsons and Memphis Grizzlies become a dangerous team...And with continued development of DD, Rabb, Simmons, Seldon, Baldwin, Zagorac and watch out.....#The World Is Ours Memphis....
