I've been to 25 G5 stadiums. Of those remaining at the top of my list would be Wyoming, Colorado State, SMU, UTEP & New Mexico

RE: Top G5 Football Stadiums to Visit
My own list for personal reasons.

1. Appalachian State for selfish reasons, plus it's a neat place and 8 miles from our log home
2. I need to get down to Southern for a game, and if I act old and grumpy enough I imagine I won't be harassed to excess
3. Jonesboro, but I want a few days down there to see some friends near Little Rock
4. San Marcos, I'd like to know where Daniel Johnston might have visited before writing "I live my Broken Dreams"
5. Marshall
6. ECU for an App State Win
7. GSU to incorporate a tomahawk chop into something App State-related
8. Lafayette for the food and friendly folks.... also I imagine some good beverage
9. South Alabama for some near shore fishing and more good food
10. Monroe, I used to love those Duck guys before Walmart and politics - Good food I imagine...maybe fish there as well

1. Army- Gorgeous setting and pageantry.
2. Cincinnati- Historic and built right into the campus/city.
3. Wyoming- Once again, one of the best settings in college football.
4. Hawaii- It's Hawaii.
5. GSU- I'm a Braves fan, what can I say?

RE: Top G5 Football Stadiums to Visit
Interesting Stadium's Ive been too:

Arizona State = Most beautiful girls I've ever seen.
Texas State = Was still renovating but nice facilities.
Baylor = Beautiful Stadium on the river.
Furman = Nice small stadium on a very pretty campus.
UTEP = Can't get closer to the Border Wall than this.
Duke = Nice smaller stadium for a P5 school (40K capacity), beautiful stadium and campus.

Stadiums I want to go to:

Army
Georgia Southern
Any Mountain School

And Obviously my all time favorite Stadium in atmosphere and beauty is App State.

Boise would have made my list but I am not going to watch a football game and have to look at that smurf turf all day...especially after watching my nephew play his college ball on a marron and gray striped field.

Furman....03-puke

Going there for a game reminded me of traveling to away games during high school. Was not impressed in the least bit by Greenville, the campus, or the stadium.

You'll have to go to a Marshall game on a good year, otherwise everyone is depressed, drunk, and the skies are generally grey. ECU is an interesting experience as it feels far more like a P5 program when you're on campus. Just go to an early season game because once November rolls around, the attendance thins out.

Quite unfortunate that by the time our series with Arizona State starts I probably won't be able to pass for college aged any more 03-hissyfit03-hissyfit03-hissyfit
