Really has no effect on us so I don't really care. What direction would you like to see them go? Immediately eligible out of high school, or not eligible for the draft until 2 years past high school? I think someone would sue the NBA if they require players to be 2 years past high school to be eligible. Plenty of players have demonstrated you don't have to be 20 years old to be ready to be a contributing NBA player.

I'd go for two years. It would make the draft more meaningful, because these days you might get one impact player or two a year, and everyone else you never hear from again until years down the road. This will make picks have more immediate impact. It would hurt us little guys though because the big boys will be that much deeper, more experienced, and tougher to beat. Can you imagine TWO Kentucky recruiting classes all on the same team? Yikes.

I'd like to see something like what baseball has. If you want to go pro right out of high school, do it. But, if you accept a college scholarship, then you must stay in college two years before being eligible for the draft.

I agree it would hurt the midmajors. Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, etc. would then have their 5 star recruits for 2 years, instead of one. It likely would be helpful to the NBA to have 2 years to scout players in college. But, my main concern would be how it would effect midmajors, not whether it benefits the NBA.
