Anyone can sue anyone, for any reason, regardless of truth. Do you have evidence, meeting or exceeding the standard for the circumstance, is the only question.


Maybe this is better yet: they come in asking for a cake with "Trump Makes America Great". I then deliver a cake, on time, that says "America the Beautiful". They're free to suck it up and take it, or send it back. In which case, it'll take me another couple of days to put them back into the rotation.
