Moreover, with the noon tipoff time, Pastner will buy doughnuts for early arrivers. Tech plans to order 100 dozen from the Krispy Kreme on Ponce de Leon Avenue near campus, where one box of glazed doughnuts costs $8.67. (Total calories: 228,000.) The shop happens to be owned by basketball Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal, who might be persuaded to offer a volume discount.

edit: anyone know off hand how many are in a box...I kinda wanted to figure out what one doughnut had to offer--calorie wise. lol

Pretty sure it's 12/box, and 228000/1200 = 190 cals/donut.

Once again why is this thread on the main board ? Congrats to Josh on his 11th place finish and NIT bid

I'll be pulling for Ole Miss for the first time in my life this week. That's how much I care about Josh Pastner

So, in other words, you still harbor anger and resentment--so much so that you will root for an avowed rival just to see Pastner lose.

Wonder where he got the money to throw around like that??

I'm happy for Pastner. I wanted him out of here just as much as the rest of the fanbase. But, I'm glad he's found success.

Probably better spent on the jw3ent reply. I was just pointing out the irony of the poster saying he didn't care about Pastner, yet choosing to root for OM for the 1st time ever.

If one didn't care, tomorrow would come and go without ever knowing the result of the game.

I like winning coaches and dislike losing coaches, especially losing coaches that lie every time they open their mouth. I remember when you used to feel the same way about Pastner. Now you've moved on to bashing Tubby. That's fine that's your schtick. Tubby probably isn't any better either. Let's put it this way I won't "rue the day" if either are not our coach.

Does that answer your question?

I didn't pose that question.

Just noting the inconsistency in your statements:

Statement 1: "I'll be pulling for Ole Miss for the first time in my life this week."

Statement 2: "That's how much I care about Josh Pastner."

You imply, through the introductory sentence of "...why is this thread on the main board ?" that it is unnecessary to bring up Josh.

BUT, you then go out of your way to a) post, then b) to state that you are going to pull for OM for the first time in your life.

So, statement two doesn't mean "I care very little about Josh" it must (by your own admission) that you still care VERY much about him and may just be slightly obsessed.

Like I said, get the toxic out of your life.
