I would be shocked, if we don't get 3 seasons out of CMN. The Black Bears have been bitten by a young unproven coach. Even with 3 seasons as a HC, Coach CMN would still be young and quasi unproven. I would think they go with a bigger name, but what do we care as long as they stay way from our staff.

This needs to get built . Without it we have little chance of retaining this staff after next year.
