Holy crap! And against Indian Hills, no less. He looks taller than 6-1. Must be super skinny, but he can really shoot.

Shoots pretty good percentages too:

Vincennes sophomore shooting guard Chris Darrington is one of the top JUCO scorers in the Midwest. The 6’1” combo guard can play both on and off the ball. When playing off the ball he moves well and works hard to get open to set up his jump shot. Plus perimeter shooter off the catch from distance. Has a knack for sliding to the open spot in the defense where he is ready to let it fly when he gets the ball.

You all realize even though they look like great players, the Tubby recruiting system may not think any will fit his system of dribble, pass, dribble,pass......repeat till shot clock is 3, then make a terrible desparation attempt to score.

RE: 2017 Recruiting
VU was led by Chris Darrington, who dialed in 30 points. “He’s very good, to say the least,” Stotler said. “He scores like nobody else in the region. It’s impossible to guard him one-on-one."

Vincennes enters postseason play 28-2. Chris Darrington is the Trailblazers’ top player, averaging 21.5 points a game while sinking 45 percent of his 3s.

What worries me about him is that he is 6'1 and made 17 shots in that clip. Of those only two in the lane and around the rim (and one of those was a fast break layup) and the rest were jump shots. We desperately need guards who go to the rim and draw some fouls. But he appears to have a great mid-range jumper and can get his own shot.
