South is still winning 14-3 after 7.5 innings, but now the tarp is going on the field...

That counts as a full game correct?

Also, bad weather was forecasted and App's game with UNCA has been moved to Wednesday night.

AState's home game with Southeast Missouri called off because of unplayable field conditions.

Yes. It's now a final in 7 innings, USA continues their dominance over the Tigers and win 14-3.

Yep. They just called it 14-3 Final. Our win tonight moves us to 50-24 all time against Auburn.

TXST getting pounded by UTSA 9-1, B 8th. . .

Looking like it's gonna be a long year. . .

Final: 9-1 UTSA, Bobcats fall below .500 on the year . .

UTA beats Abilene Christian (7-4 rec) on the road, 5-4.

The Mavs have now won 4 in a row and are 6-7 on the year. In a weird twist, they are 0-5 at home, but 5-1 on the road. Least the RPI hit shouldn't be as drastic in the losses.

Milwaukee comes to town for a three-game set this weekend at The Gould.

GSU beat #20 ole miss 2-0 yesterday in 11 innings. i got to watch the last 5 innings. good win for them. i heard the win earns GSU a split with ole miss, and GSU held them to only 6 hits over the 2 games played.

Midweek baseball is so tough to predict

We have played 4 games on each of the opening weekends so our midweek starter is our #5 guy and he has been bad then he was good and last night god awful

These 5 game weeks are tough but at least they help get guys some early experience. Hopefully will help down the line.

I was curious what that type record would do in terms of RPI. In the Adjusted RPI formula the NCAA uses for baseball:

1 road win = 1.3 wins
1 home win = 0.7 wins
1 road loss = 0.7 losses
1 home loss = 1.3 losses
1 neutral game = 1 win or 1 loss

In the eyes of the NCAA, UTA currently has something like a 7.5-8.2 record.

Ah, forgot to calculate the home loss as 1.3. I take it all back.
