We'll say UL drops Duke, Unc & Uva @ home, Cuse, Unc, Uva, Pitt & Fsu on the road.
Wins over Clemson, Nc State, VT, ND, GT, Wake, BC, Miami x2 and Pitt x1.

The Board: Yeah, we already knew Louisville was leaving for the ACC. In other news, man walks on the moon.

That does not mean anything, If that was the case Duke would never lose to teams like VT, BC, WF, MIA but they do it almost annually. Its a Big East style grind, been watching it my whole life. Lville has seen its best days... Just like MIA VT (or BC) football has not reach previous Big East level.

I don't see any defending national champions on that schedule. Enjoy the ACC and GTFO now.

No, you brought an ACC schedule to an AAC board.
Could care less about lville going to ACC have a good time and you mostly have informed post, but this post was pointless and useless.
MIA won chips as BE member
VT bcs champ game, not been back since
NCAA tourny are hard to win even if your the best team, sometimes **** does not work out.
No team that has left the BE to go to the ACC is better off (on the field) than they were before they joined the conference.
Not saying those teams have not had some success in the acc, but most teams peaked in the BE

And UConn beat Kentucky and Memphis who beat UL twice in the same year but lost to UL. What's that have to do with next year?
As everyone else likes to say, the ACC is an extremely tough gauntlet who's bottom teams are even capable of making deep tournament runs. Why would Louisville expect to come in an run the show? Everyone clamors about how tough the ACC is, and if that's true there's no way an AAC team who lost 3 conference games comes in and doesn't drop at least 8 games.

So what Louisville beat UConn three times. Its the team that can get hot for five games in the NCAA tourney. UConn did that this year. Congrats to them.

So you agree then? If UConn wasn't that good and they successfully handled 2 teams that beat y'all twice, how does that help UL for the ACC? Maybe Rick P just knew how to beat UConn but not the others.
Anyway you're missing the point. I don't know why you're upset about this. UL wants to play the best basketball competition, and there it is, right there for you. So would you not expect to lose a few more than you lost in the AAC? I'm not sure why it's a big deal. All we've ever wanted is to play with the best...which is why we were so heated about being left behind. We all still desire to play with the best, knowing that it will come with additional loses.

You guys predicted the same fate for Louisville, when we left you in CUSA and we went to the Big East. You saw how that turned out for you and how it turned out for Louisville. I rest my case. We will be fine!

Memphis, Cincinnati and UConn will slug it out for the AAC basketball championship most year, and Temple may come back. That is the cream of the crop in the AAC!
