** Too many Texas schools? Texas has 2 Top 10 TV markets, 20,000,000 population and at one other time an almost 100 year old league had 8 Texas schools in it, ie, the Southwest Conference. Sure it folded, but still was around for almost a century!

** Anyone wanting to compile a map of this league--Go for it!

So.......If in the near future if CUSA were to lose members, as in 1 or 2 members to the Big East (A CUSA favorite) or MWC (like-wise)--you are still at 12 or 13 members.

But a 13 member conference? Yes, an odd number but the Big 10 has 11 members FWIW.

This should clinch it for me in the poll, eh?

FWIW, where your school is located and the fact that yall get along so well with the blue coats, yall should have really stayed where you were.

If TCU would have left for the MWC last year, I believe UNT would have been in CSUA this year.

UNT is better suited geographically for CUSA than MU is. Sorry, podnuh', that's a fact!

Geography doesn't work when trying to generate revenue.... just look at the MAC.

Southern? Of course, there is a South Bronx in New York City, too.

1-AA is a 13 year nightmare we'd soon forget; although we beat a few SWC teams when we were 1-AA FWIW.

When was that? 1988? You know we still haven't had a losing record since then (since 1982 actually). How many losing seasons has NuTS had since then?

I have always heard that West Virginians/Appalachians/coal miner-types had inferiority complexes, but some of you from WV and your 8'th grade intellectual level kind of responses really take the cake.

You should also be reminded that USF was a CUSA lady-in-waiting that never played one down of CUSA football.

I know yall are really glad that yall are finally (post Civil War) getting to join the mainstream of action down here, but I still say: DON'T BURN YOUR MAC BRIDGES!
