Coaches clearly gave the Big 12 more credit. Also seemed to weigh tourney results and raw talent more (KU, UNC, UK)

So Saint Mary’s finishes top 20 and misses the tournament. I remember a couple top 25 teams (SMU, Murray St) but who was the last top 20 not to make it?
