No, they took Notre Dame's slot.
In football, Oklahoma St. would have been in. They care about significant road wins and few have OSU's record. But basketball, despite what they say, still cares about RPI.
No they don't basketball is way more arbitrary than football. Otherwise Middle and and USC would have gotten in.
