At least he highlights just how lazy a recruiter Ollie is as opposed to just blaming recruiting on the AAC like most fans

Hold on a second, fell apart?
Kentucky
1997 national champion
1998 Elite 8
1999 NCAA second round
------------------------------ All of his players after this.
2000 Sweet 16
2001 Sweet 16
2002 Elite 8
Yes that's seems about the same as:
UConn
2013 National Champions
2014 NCAA
2015 No post season
2016 No post season
Yup exactly alike. The Tubby hate is hilarious and mostly because it's so factually wrong. Tubby took Tulsa to a sweet sixteen back to back before his Kentucky job. Right before Kentucky he took Georgia to their first back to back 20 win seasons a first for that program and two NCAA bids, a rarity for them even today. After leaving Kentucky, he took Minnesota to the ncaa 3 out 6 times at a program that had been once in the previous decades and won twenty games 5 times at a program that had done it once in the previous 10 years.
Here is Memphis run after the championship game loss.
2008 NCAA runner up (38-2)
2009 Sweet Sixteen (33-4)
Calapari Leaves
------------------------------------------
Pastner takes over
2010 NIT second round (24-10)
2011 NCAA second round (25-10)
2012 NCAA second round (26-9)
2013 sweet sixteen (30-4)
2014 sweet sixteen (24-10)
2015 no post season (18-14)
2016 no post season (19-15)
Seems Tubby isn't the problem, he's just Shere's Mowgli.

even if you simply discount an NCAA Championship (which you can't) Tubby Smith has taken 3 different programs to the Sweet 16 and 5 separate programs to the NCAA tourney.
Tubby Smith > Kevin Ollie all day long...

Yup. I'd trade today.
