Only low level employees and enlisted soldiers are prosecuted for these actions. The higher ups are always given the benefit of the doubt.

It’s amazing to me how MSNBC stays on the air. I’ve never seen a broadcast outlet so invested in being so wrong. The McCarthy Network will have to rebrand after this disaster.
