Fairly evident if you read the article?
First to finish spring ball, first in the league.

Nothing else to see here.
They've been doing this the last 3-4 years. It helps with sorting out some of the depth chart, then gets the players into the weight room for the rest of spring and summer.
not sure if this is a big deal? At the moment, GSU and other teams are going through conditioning, weight lifting, and classroom instructions. Our players will put on their pads for "hands-on" practices during the spring. App just seems to do things in the opposite order. Ultimately, all teams should have gone through similar amount of offseason practices.

Coaches answer was to have the guys with their S&C person for four months uninterrupted. Suspect injury recovery is another reason.
Just remember, your spring weather doesn't arrive in Boone until May. Might as well do it now.

I think last year, or at least one year, the injury recovery was mentioned. In the end the NCAA regulates how much practice time schools get in the spring so it is all a wash as far as amount of time. Seems to work for us.
Doesn’t make much sense with signing day still two days away.
Not sure what the big deal is, this has been the norm during Satterfield's tenure. Not sure what signing day has to do with anything. Besides we signed everyone we have coming back in December. I don't believe we are signing any one tomorrow.

We signed 24 out of our 25 commitments in December on the new early signing day, and 7 out of 24 have enrolled this spring. By all means, proceed.

And if the Sun Belt has not noticed, we don't play real football games in "Spring weather", either. February can mimic October, November and December football games. Practice and prepare for what you play in.
FWIW, this week is seasonably mild in Boone, highs in the 40-50 degree range.

All good. Nothing negative about is just wondering. I have no idea why some are so knee jerk negative about a simple question lol.

Because it came from a GS fan most likely. 05-nono
Probably because you posted a link to an article you didn't read which included the answer to your question. Seemed lazy.

There is only so much one can read about Appy without having to vomit uncontrollably. Takes a long while to finish an article like that

500 words would take awhile for a GS fan. I’ll show some mercy next time, maybe explain it with cartoons. :-)
They have to get Spring practice in before Moonshine harvestin season.

Now you know the real reason.

This is not wrong.
