He was the 4th leading WR in total yards for Louisville this year. He also had the longest reception of any WR for Louisville this year.
Looks like he saw a decent amount of playing time against good competition. I noticed this season, he had 2 catches for 100 yards against Clemson and 5 catches for 72 yards against Wake Forest, among other stats...

Yeah... Barker didn't see much playing time in the New Orleans Bowl.
Probably the stats that matter are his totals for this season. 8/13 passing for 143 yards and 1 TD... plus 21 rushes for 181 yards and 2 TD's.

Because he's been around for longer than just the Summers era. He's a Georgia Southern guy, not some no name we picked up out west.

Congrats Troy. State will call and raise you with the "missing piece" that signed two days ago. Why is he called the "missing piece"? Because that is what Coach Anderson calls him. Out of Louisiana and had offers from about every top school in the nation out of high school. Signed with us out of NE Mississippi JC, a wide receiver and 'A back. Don't get mad with me, it was the head football coach that called him the "missing piece"
