A. Because I wasn't in the union.
B. I'm management.
C. The project ended.
D. That amount is a pay cut.

He should. He goes out and earns it based upon results.

Unions, on the other hand, not so much. There are good union workers. Unfortunately, they are used to prop up the really ****** union workers. Thats why good teachers in wisconsin wanted out of the union. In the union, good teachers get screwed. Bad teachers get saved. Union leaders get to stuff their piehole with steak.

Good things come to those who bust their ass. Sorry that's how the world works. I doubt my parents busted their ass for 60+ hours a week doing ****** jobs for me to continue the cycle. I was pushed to do more than they did. I worked two jobs, took out loans, and graduated in debt. After college I busted my ass and unlike some union hand if something needed to be done I would get my hands dirty and do it, I wouldn't rest on the it's not my job bull**** they like to deploy. When their asses was done at 40 the salaried man picked up their slack no overtime for me. But **** me right for making money. You can't even carry my workboots hand. Piss off and annoy someone else before I get rude and crass with you.

Yep. Unless you're a do-nothing, hand-out-taking, government-money-sucking, working-the-system, entitled libocrite.
