Does anyone else think Liberty should should have a live mascot to compliment Sparky? It can swoop into the stadium before games like Aiburn’s War Eagle.
And since the school bible verse is 2 Cor. 3:17 and the mascot is a bird, a live band should perform the iconic and awesome Free Bird guitar solo to pump up the crowd and bring the team onto the field with flames.
That’d be pretty dad-gum awesome!
I volunteer my boy to be lead guitar. He’ll be at LU in three years.

Sounds a little too 1980's for my taste lol.

The thing about it is, it would be a little to 1970’s.

Having a bird fly out would be good. I really like the two large fire pits at the entrance for the new stadium. It would be cool if those could light up to a very high level as the team runs out.
