Very curious (to me) that they don't post the scores of their DI games on their web site. I guess I can see maybe posting them in some 'hidden' way in which someone could still find them, but not having them there at all seems odd. Don't think I've ever encountered that.
Yes, stats are hard to gather here.

They are experienced (5 Seniors, 4 Juniors in the top 9); successful at DII (10-1); 0-3 against the SoCon. Western Carolina was a tight game till the last 6 minutes. High scoring, up tempo team. Only one guy with front court size – 6-8 Sr Aario Johnson. One guy 6-5, Sr F Dess Culpepper. One guy 6-4, Jr SG Jay Johnson. Five (5) of top 9 are between 6-2 and 5-11.

Sounds a little like Lees-McRae or Averitt – a good (on their level), experienced team that will fight and play you straight up.

Post players like Peter and Mladen will face the challenge of chasing smaller quicker guys. May not be a bad idea to let them work doing this. Go right to the rim guys – don’t play around dribbling while a triple team descends and they tie up the ball.

Guys like Hodges (who WILL go right to the rim), Edwards and Burrell ought to have big advantage.

Bring the ‘take care of business’ attitude from the NKU game into this game and sharpen up for Xavier. Don't let it deteriorate into a Lees-McRae

Mercer 90-53: played without Ri'an Holland. Hiwassee played a tight 2-3 forcing 18 turnovers. http://mercerbears.com/news/2017/11/26/m...assee.aspx
Western Carolina 76-57: but much closer than it looks http://www.catamountsports.com/sports/m-...17aaa.html
Chattanooga 94-46: Hiwassee led 14-9 at the first media timeout, but downhill from there. http://www.gomocs.com/news/2017/11/16/me...x?path=mbb

Front Court:
6-3 Sr F Tevin Henry
6-5 Sr F Dess Culpepper
6-8 Sr C Aario Johnson

Guards:
6-4 Jr SG Jay Johnson
6-0 Jr PG Jay Cade
6-0 Sr PG Naequon Newman
5-11 Sr PG Marius Williams
6-1 Jr G Ben Snider
6-2 Jr SG Toure Fudge (Bristol)
Bo Hodges my goodness!
They’re going to have to do two dunks of the game tonight. I almost felt bad for Hiwassee going against that full press.

They’ve done it all year, it’s also a season ticket holder and student lot now.
Dillon Reppart hits the three at the end. Perfect end to the game.
Here's a good stat. Hodges only plays 10 minutes today (least out of everyone) and he's our leading scorer at 18 points.

It's a bit nit picky but I don't mind it.. gotta get money from anywhere we can.. my main problem with it is it stalls the traffic. Atleast open up two ways to get in there

Fun game to watch on the stream today, along side NFL redzone
Pretty neat that Torbush was on the kiss cam. Wish they would have brought him onto the court for recognition during a tv timeout.
22 steals !

Seemed like more than that .

Etsu site said 2 also. Williams and Bradford with 4 a piece
That stretch where Hiwassee couldn't get it past the half court was great. With our numbers and personnel, I don't understand why we don't do that most of the time.

We talked about the parking fee last year when they charged a couple of games for lot C. Some on here don't think it is a big deal and people will be happy to pay it. I always disagreed with that, and feel that it is not only petty but will deter significant walk up crowds- especially when the alternative is HD quality ESPN3. The lot was always for season ticket holders- I had a permit for that lot last season which I only had to show the permit twice. One of the biggest issues that we have, as someone mentioned, is that the parking lot backs up significantly close to game time. I have been getting there 40 minutes before game time so that I don't have to worry about it. But those who don't get there well ahead of time spend a lot of time in line to get into the parking lots, and we now have the holdup associated with the stupid metal detector wands.
Another very important note:

Not sure that Forbes removed his jacket today.
Bo freakin Hodges. I get that we were playing Hiwassee but damn the stretch was ridiculous!!
