I am also an Ohio State fan. Was one before I became a UT fan - or about the same time. The team this year does not deserve to be in the playoffs. That loss to Iowa was embarrassing, The loss to Oklahoma was embarrassing. The loss last year to Clemson was perhaps the worst of all. I could see them getting embarrassed again if they play like they have at various times in the past year.

Yeah, I have no problem with OSU being left out this year. I just get sick of always hearing about bama. Last year it should have been PSU. This year if it was bama or osu, it should probably be osu based on overall schedule, beating an undefeated #3 team and winning a conf championship. I would have hated for them to lay a clunker again, it would probably have knocked them out for the next 5 yrs.
The loss to Iowa was comparable to our loss to OU. Sometimes its just not your day. Purdue went out and beat Iowa, just like that Akron team beat OU. It just doesn't make sense.
