We've got a rare chance to make a huge impression on a lot of high profile recruits across the nation.
no doubt.

just think, if we were Indy, we could play games like this during the regular season and make that impression a lot more often.
Actually, no we couldn’t they would all be on the road rather than at a neutral field.

so games against P5 teams have to be at a neutral site to make an impression on recruits? gotcha. thanks for your contribution. 01-wingedeagle

seriously, please stop posting.
Lol...So you think playing whore games impresses recruits? The only way it impresses them is in a negative way. Please keep posting, I get a kick out of your posts.

You know that weird, awkward look that people have been giving you throughout the day, for most of your life? That's for good reason.
Recruits care about beating P5 schools. They want to do that at home and on the road. Shockingly enough, players actually like playing in packed stadiums, something we haven’t been able to do in years.
We've already had TTTwo opporTTTunities for that this season. Hell, they were on a silver plaTTTer for us.
Reggie, I do feel sorry for you, but at least you are a USM fan which does count for something..
It is actually going to be important to beat these guys. When this game is televised, all the announcers will talk about, the entire game, is how down this FSU team is because of reason A .. Z. If they are doing that and we are getting beat down, it will be a big black eye to our image.
Not sure whether its good or bad but with this being the first year for an early signing period for recruits hopefully the excitement leading up to the game helps. The signing dates are Dec 20-22 which in years past was for JuCos only but starting this year it has been expanded to include high school seniors. There will still be the traditional signing day the first Tuesday (or Wednesday, can't remember) in February but for those that are "fully committed" and ready to sign can do so in December.

They moved it to 4th Street?

Imagine that.

More likely, all the announcers will talk about the entire game will be the Sugar and Rose Bowls.
