Great opportunity for some good wins today. Good luck to everyone.
Shockers will find out how good they are tonight.

Notre Dame is really rolling and is loaded with experience and poise. They won't get rattled.

This will be a tough one for a November game. I know one thing. The Shox will come out fighting!

If the Shox find their perimeter shot again then I like our chances.
Hitachi State getting a taste of that MWC Prime Time....
AAC stock soars if we sweep again today. Some very honest matchups here.
Shockers/Irish game should be a good one.

Go Shox!

Definitely the featured event tonight.
Given where the Ponies are and how they match up with UNI I expect a very tough game in the Buh-hamas.

Remember Shockers, you must leave behind your prior natural instincts to root "Go UNI! Go UNI!" ;-)
Looking fwd to the SMU game too...my first chance to see what the Ponies have this year.

Could be tough sledding against skilled bigs minus Agau. We need his minutes/ rebounds/fouls.

Agau’s frustrating injury situation stinks.
1-4 with the 1 win coming from this year's flagship, Tulane.

Be surprised if we see him anytime soon

The big thing to know about UNI is that they flop, a lot.

Lulz...
All 5 tonight are winnable and all 5 are loseable

Not a problem. I'll happily cheer against the fighting floppers from Cedar Falls. 04-cheers

No doubt, they're the king of the flop...

We're 10 point favorites. Loseable, sure, but it is definitely a "Should win."

People always thought "Tulane didn't have any talent, but Ed Conroy got the most out of it." The reality was that Tulane had some talent*, but Conroy's system depressed talent...it's designed for no talent, but he actually had some.

Jonathan Stark
Osetkowski - one of Texas' best players.
Kipper Nichols - one of Illinois' best players, signed, lasted a summer, then left for Illinois.
Plus Tulane's current 2 best players Reynolds and Frazier.
Glad to see Tulane playing well early. Them not being an RPI killer helps the league overall. Looks like only 2 RPI killers in the league this year. ECU, who will likely be an RPI killer forever and ever, and USF, who I hope can get back to being an RPI top 150 type team.

That won’t be a problem.

I hope SMU is ready for a lot of flopping, a gimmicky pack-in defense, and a barrage of mid-major 3 point chucking with Northern Iowa.

I hope SMU wipes the floor with them. It’s possible.
Semi-OT: The AAC currently has the #1 RPI team in the nation with Temple (although this is a foolish thought after only four games): https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/standings/
