I know Huskie fans think more highly of ourselves than do many bowl committee decision makers ---then again remember years ago when APState won opener in the BIG HOUSE against GoBlue !

Maybe NIU and AppState really ARE on similar ground in college landscape.
One thing I really don't know how to do, or willing to expend the work to figure out, is what possible bowls NIU can go to against which opponents. There is no path that would give them a lower end P5 opponent is there?

If we get the DETROIT bowl but that will go to a Michigan team if it's open. This is where we think more highly of ourselves. We should be happy with a bowl at a good idea destination. Opponent is important but not only thing.
