Nick King had another good night in a losing cause by scoring 21 points (9-17) and 7 RB. Belmont is a good team. They beat Vandy.

Tubby made a terrible mistake by not pursuing Nick. We need him.
Just another mistake in a long and growing list.
In fairness to Tubby the initial mistake was Josh for not seeing how good of a player Nick was because of the rebounding and inside scoring he could give instead of focusing on what he couldn't do
Kermit yanked him in both halves for not playing defense though. Kermit was visibly pissed.

It may have been mad but Nick played, nevertheless. He logged 33 minutes - the second most on the team. http://www.sidearmstats.com/mt/mbball/

Who did you want to win?

I like Belmont, but MTSU is my other alma mater and I root for them except when it hurts the interest of the Tigers.
F Middle Tennessee tho

Go Belmont.

Are you being serious

Can't tell anymore
Josh Pastner made a mistake in running him off.

Nick king was not as good as Dedric or Burrell

But it appears he could be better than the guys on the squad now

And the way the second string guys from bama worked us he wasn't as good as them either
Tubby is our coach now and he could have rectified Pastner’s failure to retain King, but apparently did not even try.

Dead serious.

And I stayed neutral tonight. No fan attire.
I thought part of it was bc Nick didn't want to compete for a spot with the Lawson's coming in. Could be totally off here but I thought that was part of it.
King can BUST A TREY

Probably didn't want to compete for a spot with the Lawson's with Daddy Lawson on the staff.
Would nick have any eligibility left had he stayed?

Aren't you one of the ones that were happy when josh let him leave?

Not a 3

Can't go left etc?

I guess he can score 30 without doing either right ?

If he had stayed he would have been a senior last season.

That's what I was thinking. Assuming, however, he'd have gotten that wicked lung infection he had while at Bama, he might have been with us this season.
