"a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long" way from Mt. Pleasant at this time next year!
If you're going to ride the Morris horse all the way to the finish line, and you don't win, place, or show..................you gotta go.
I am tired of it CE, he is riding morris all the way. He does not trust in poljan even though many others do. Poljan would be the better option in a true read option spread offense. Morris looks confused and fools noone with his motions. The season is lost 7 years now of this purgatory, i am losing my CMU mojo, not much fun any more. 8 years in a row losing to our west rival. Sickening.
My only hope is that Alford has his own guy in place and a change will be made following the finish to the season.
I feel your pain, Tic, I really do. I'm in the same place. When people don't even acknowledge that they've received your mail, well, that's ........disconcerting.03-banghead
There is a big problem there.

I highly doubt this team will get to 6-6. I just don’t see them winning 3 more games.

And it’s really unacceptable. I like Bono as a person and a CMU supporter. But I don’t believe he is cut out to run this program. Everyone knew the OL was a mess last year, but yet he kept the OL coach on. He should have been replaced. And I don’t see the recruiting that is going to make the lines any better. That’s Bono’s fault for not addressing it. It’s his responsibility. He didn’t play any of the the back up qbs last year to see what he had in game situations and refuses to do it now. And he hitched his and the teams future on Morris as a transfer, so he gambled and lost, IMO.

Hopefully this new AD has someone in mind to bring in and start rebuilding this program.
