This right here telling you ESPN's writers put no thought into their projections for our conference. No way North Texas plays a rematch against Army, while UAB, a team we have beaten, faces Maryland in the HOD.

And??? That doesn't change the fact that unless you win CUSA, there is a chance of meeting Army again.
You may feel different, but I'm fairly confident we will not be matched up with Army in a bowl game. Our boxing series is currently 1-1, with the rubber match to be played in Denton on November 18th. There is no way I see a fourth game happening just a month later.
I'll be watching the Big12 closely. Personally, I think we have a chance to step in and fill their obligation to the HOD.

From an attendance point for myself having FAU in the Boca Bowl is ideal. Ill be able to easily go.
From a marketing standpoint its not good. If FAU is in another bowl our name gets out there twice. Once for the team game and then once for the Boca Bowl.

This is more like it. But, I think the BIG10 has a much better chance of filling the bowl then the BIG12.

WKU vs. UofL in Independence Bowl, yes please....We would probably get killed but at lest would be interesting with plenty of storylines for that one....WKU vs. Army would be ugly with not many headlines...

Those look pretty good but swap LaTech/NT. Armed Forces is obligated to take Army this year if they are bowl eligible, and they will be. No way we want to play them 4 times in 2 years.
I hope we get all 10 in and USM gets the New Orleans Bowl.
Betcha USM is Bahamas bound.

In that case maybe UNT goes New Mexico, UTSA goes AFB since Tech was there last year, and Tech goes NOLA? I'd much rather NOLA than NM.
