Good stuff.

But when giving out the QB stats, you left off; Griggs - 238 passing YPG / Keon - 92 passing YPG. I'm just saying. *Note that Griggs hasn't had one play with the starting Left Tackle / normal starting Offensive Line.

While that is true, the playing time per game really hasn’t been equal nor have the situations as you mentioned. The stats are obviously from a skewed sample size. My point was that statistically Keon’s last game elevated his completion percentage and QB rating dramatically from the first two games and is certainly a contender for he position. I like both and am pulling for both. To me, Kwadra has a higher floor, Keon has a higher ceiling.

ok, i didn't take that as being your point. sounded like you were saying, "hey everyone...look...Keon's numbers are actually better than Griggs", to me. the sample sizes aren't that far off to compare. they both played a half at kentucky. did they split halves with SU? maybe it was 3 quarters to 1 on that. Griggs with 2 full games (UNT & ULM) and Keon with 1. But...it's true, Grigg's has a lot more attempts, so the numbers are going to be quite different (all the numbers). Again, with Keon's time spent with the "real" first team offensive line and Grigg's with zero snaps with the "real" first team OL. I've never heard of a QB getting benched with an 8/1 TD/INT ratio before.

anyway, i love the show and your comments are usually spot on. just picking at that comment.

I agree that Grigg's floor is higher. I'm not so sure Keon's ceiling is higher, though he did make some really good throws against UTEP (but so did Griggs against Kentucky and ULM and SU). I'd like to see Griggs with the starting LT and OL in the game before Hopson marries either one of them. I think Griggs makes better decisions at this point, but he did rush 2-3 passes against UNT that looked really bad. Keon did look a lot more settled this last game, so hopefully he remains that way and continues to improve. I'm mostly concerned that we will eventually be too deep in Keon turnovers to comeback in a game or two or three or four.

No problem! Yeah, we kind of had to rush to try to get everything in and sometimes the conversation gets lost in the talk before the show. I can totally see where it would come across like that. Honestly, was a bit scared before the game the other night but was super impressed with the way he played the game. Thanks for tuning it
Jonathan's a cool guy. Known him for many years now. Full of dry humor and sports knowledge.

And to clarify what you mentioned about his Twitter name sounding French, I'm almost possible he added 'Le' to it to sound like 'Lebron'.
