The spousal unit and I will be driving up from Columbus, Ohio for tomorrow's game and we will be joined by my daughter and granddaughters who will be driving down from Madison Wisconsin.

Problem is my granddaughters and two and six and I very much doubt that they will sit through a full game if it is played in a steady rain. Might not even get them in the stadium for Q1.

If we have to bail are there some good family friendly places you can recommend where we can watch the game? If it was just my wife and me our first choice would be Fatty's but I am not sure that is the right atmosphere for a two year old.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated and lets hope that the current weather forecast proves to be incorrect!
Rosatis might be a bit more family friendly, as a pizza place first

Thanks Stay Cool!

I will stay tuned for any additional suggestions.
The Junction might work. It isn't a bar, and they have a children's menu. And a lot of other food choices. And it's nearby.
I've been to Pizza Pros---it's basically across the street from Fatty's has multiple TVs and is family friendly. And the food prices are very, very reasonable.

I don't think the Junction has anything more than a couple of small TVs and no real sound.

Didn't go to Rosati's the last time I was in town.

I used to take my daughters to the Junction before football and basketball games when they were young and we lived in Batavia. I do not remember them having television sets for their patrons in the past though. Perhaps they do these days?

It will need to be a business that is comfortable projecting ESPN3 and that has secured the rights to do so if that is an issue.

Yes, we plan to meet at the Convo lot at approx 12:30 and hope for the best while being prepared for the worst.

If tomorrow does not work out I hope to see the Huskies play later this year in Detroit!

Yea, you're right, never mind. Pizza Pro's would be better to watch the game though it's a bar just like Fatty's so I'm not sure what the difference is.
I'm afraid you'll need to go to a bar establishment to see the game, and not every place has the ability to stream ESPN3. Good luck.

Pizza Pro's has plenty of tables and booths away from bar, with plenty of tv's with audio. Even the bar is not obnoxious, and you probably won't have to worry about finding a table. Place is very family friendly in my experience.
Thanks everyone, sounds like Pizza Pros will be our back up plan
So where'd you end up going?

Made it to The Endzone Club for the first time and it was perfect for that game.

I didn't get wet at all and was also well covered from the wind.

I had no issue with the view angle at all.

The popcorn is way too salty.

I will return if the weather is poor but if otherwise will opt for the East stands.

We had a blast in the yard before the game and hung in there until mid Q2. Tried to get into Pizza Pros but the parking lot was full. Headed to a hotel in St Charles and watched Q4 on the I Pad.

The granddaughters were a perfect age for the bounce houses, band etc. All in all a great family outing!
By hung in there I meant in the stadium. We were impressed by our small but spirited band. They kept our spirits up in the rain
