Honestly not impressed with those kind of demonstrations. Glad he didn't do those things at UT. There have been others did such and comments were along the lines of hoping the player gets their azz handed to them. Goose and gander.

OT: extremely impressed by the Tulsa Freshman. Broke that long run for TD. Quick congrats from teammate, handed off ball, went and sat on bench. Like looking in a mirror character wise, Toledo and Tulsa. I hope we play them again?

On one of Thompsons long touchdowns, he crossed the goal line, quickly flipped the ball to the official, the official bobbled it and Cody went back and picked it up and handed it to the official. Classy.

I noticed that too! I love the fact that the Rockets score and immediately hand the ball to the referee.

With that said, I love the fact that the NFL has allowed professionals that get paid to play a game to have fun on the field again. Yay!

Kareem has always represented well. I am sure better than I did at his age. Hopefully his NFL colleagues/influences encourage high character. He is in a good system.

Yeah, I like to see guys just hand it off or drop the ball. My Dad always told me "If you score you act like you've been there before. Even though, you know, you never have and continue to disappoint me enormously in that regard".

Now if he'd commented,"was tired" or some comment on how much tougher the NFL, I MIGHT have gone along but the "don't sleep on me," sounds like an agent talking. Another reason I don't care for the "celebrations." It's not "fun" they're after, it's branding.
