Kareem Hunt just made a long run for a TD. Fmr. Chip OT, Eric Fischer, opened the hole.

Hopefully Golladay has another big game tomorrow vs. the NYGiants.

Think I saw a graphic yesterday. Believe Toledo has 10 players in the NFL.

Oh and Khalil Mack is the NFL Defensive Player of the Yeae
Yes, and former Kent State basketball player Antonio Gates just set the NFL record for most touchdowns by a tight end
It is amazing how this once obscure conference (decades ago) is now producing a lot of impact NFL players. I can think of teams like the Packers and Steelers who have had a number of impact MAC players.

It isn't just the once every five or 10 year 'outlier' but more and more are making their mark.

This has been going on what now 20 years?
I just saw something on Twitter saying the NFL's leading receiver (Antonio Brown), rusher (Kareem Hunt) and tackler (Jatavis Brown) all are MAC products.

We need Big Ben to step up as a passer.

Make us proud again, Ben. 02-13-banana

Hunt is also the leading receiver among RBs. Quite the reputation our little conference is getting.
And Goliday + Davis will be racking up some numbers throughout the season, too.

It'd be cool to see Big Ben do well (outside of nightclub bathrooms, but on the field too) -- and Dallas QBs to get some injuries and see CMU's former QB shine as a rookie QB with an actual offensive line. :)
Kareem Hunt is really getting the love. (Before the draft I wanted the Lions to draft him in the 3rd round, which is exactly where he went).

Also need to give some props for the offensive linemen from the MAC. All starters.
- Brian Winters (KSU), Jets
- Josh Kline (KSU), Titans
- Eric Fisher (CMU), Chiefs

I'm too lazy to do it but has anyone tried to put together an entire Ex MAC NFL all star team. Current NFL players only. It would be interesting to keep track of that for each D1A conference. Obviously the P5 would have more depth but I wonder if the MAC could field a competitive team.
There's definitely a lot of good players that have come out of our conference. MAC plays good football, we just find ourselves playing under the huge shadow of the Big Ten.
Another MAC to MAC connection for a score this afternoon as Barry Church gets a pick six off of Big Ben.
