Watching the ESPN game now between Illinois and USF. 30 flags in just over 3 quarters. What is happening to the game?

Yeah, and more than a few of those were no calls at best, and bad calls at worst. My take was the officials were trying to keep it closer in the first half. South Florida has really dominated on both sides of the ball tonight. The final score will not be reflective of the one sided nature of the game.
