The newer schedules will be (although week 2 has thus far been except; likely because everyone already had games scheduled).
I personally hate playing any conference games before the non-conference ones are done though and despise opening with conference games (this year was fun, but I am firm believer that week 1 should be your weakest opponent of the year whenever possible).
