UCF and USF have cancelled their games too. I wonder if the NCAA might change its bowl eligibility rules this year as a lot of teams might end up playing only 10 or 11 games this season?

Teams with one game lost due to weather in past years have been eligible for a waiver to be bowl-eligible if they finished at least 5-6.
Teams with two games lost to weather should probably need to go 5-5 because 4-6 would be a stretch for bowl eligibility.
This issue will probably need to be resolved by the appropriate NCAA committees before the end of the season.
