Just putting this out there for folks to put general thoughts for games that aren't upsets...

Got 4 huge ones tonight with
Auburn @ Clemson(currently 3-0 Auburn)
Georgia @ Notre Dame
Oklahoma @ Ohio St
Stanford @ USC
Dawgs and Irish looks to be an interesting matchup.

NBC did a lot of talking about the renovations but didn't really look like it.
Auburn with a huge chance early vs Clemson. inside 10 for 2nd time- have got to get a TD here. Can't kick FG with Clemson. they're too good for that....
So Auburn's early problems kill them losing 14-6...

Oklahoma up on Ohio St 24-13 with 11:11 to go in 4th.... Really almost dominated the game the last 10 minutes or so.
and after an INT another TD for Oklahoma. 31-13 with 9:26 to go in 4th and 28-10 in 2nd half. with Oklahoma with 21 unanswered points.
OU has looked impressive. Could argue they should be up by more after several missed opportunities in the first half.

ND spent $400 million on them.

Georgia fans saying the Notre Dame made the visitors entrance more restricted. Looked and sounded like a Georgia home game. Maybe Notre Dame should consider going FCS. Frosh qb on the road. Lol
Baker Mayfield planted the OU flag in the Middle of the OSU field after the Blowout W. That is so awesome!!!!

"I know last year beating us for them was like the Super Bowl," said Franklin during the post-game press conference, referencing Pitt's 42-39 win over the Nittany Lions in 2016. "This was just like beating Akron for us."

I can't describe how bad I wanted Penn State last year because we would have boatraced them worse than we did overrated Ohio State but I really hope we get their ass this post season. James Frankln is in dire need of an absolute asskicking.

He's always been a jerk. He nearly got into a fight with a UGA assistant coach after a game after he got in the face of and started berating a Georgia player. He presided over the rape scandal at Vanderbilt. Came out of it smelling very bad. Really tone deaf for Penn St. to hire someone like that given the Sandusky issue.
with Washington St beating Boise- really opens things up for the AAC a lot....

here's the only other G5 undefeated teams- with their next opponent-
Old Dominion- UNC
UTSA- Southern U
C Michigan- @ Syracuse
E Michigan- Ohio
Toledo- Tulsa
Air Force- @ Michigan
San Diego St- Stanford
Coastal Carolina is undefeated- but ineligible for bowl this year... So moot point there....

by comparison- the AAC by themselves has 7 undefeated teams.
Only 2 top 25 matchups next week and both scheduled for 2:30 (Fla/Tenn on CBS; Clemson/Louisville).

Leaving 0 top 25 matchups at night.

I wonder if they'll switch Clemson/Louisville to the ABC night slot.

To each their own. I think they did a great job.
