Klake, did you see Cheerdad? He was walking around tailgate area with his new dog passing out handouts with information on the Diesel Memorial.

He has a ton of them - I gave him a huge stack. He'll be doing the same at homecoming. If you get a few free minutes I'd appreciate it if you could hand a few out as well at homecoming

Is Mission having a tough time being a mascot. He seems a little overwhelmed by the crowds and noise.

I've noticed the loud noises seem to startle him - like the fireworks - but I don't know anything for sure because I don't really know much about him. It's a lot for any dog to deal with I would think. I am glad we have a live Husky on the field again. It's a cool thing for NIU.

I wonder if Athletics would be willing to scan the flyer and post it on their website? Or can't they get involved with something like this?

I could but that's a lot of printing & out of pocket expense. We are talking about printing out what? 100 - 200? That's a lot of paper & ink. I already have lots of them & would mail from my business so again, no money comes out of the Diesel fund.
