Treyvon was going to be tough to replace, but Moore was never that far behind. Glad to hear he is stepping it up.
Our season hangs on the defensive line and their improvement. They have to be average, anything less and we are 8-4, 7-5. the rest of our D cannot shoulder a bad, non playmaking D line.

The linebackers are thin too, hopefully the coaches have developed some players or this will be a disappointing. We have these high expectations and preseason 1st place pick but if teams knife through our D line like at times last year we are in trouble.

Moore needs to be ALL MAC

True, the article highlights depth and we really saw the benefit of that in 2015 when we had not just a couple playmakers in O Jones and Hester but also a lot of solid veteran backups at DE and DT. This year I don't see any stars on the roster but a lot of guys in their 2nd and 3rd year who might be ready to hold their own, plus our starters should mostly be 4th or 5th year guys (Skipper, Ola, Moore, Davis). The latter part of last season we only had 2 or 3 healthy and capable linemen playing. Another Hester would be great but I'll settle for 8 or 9 decent players that can rotate and stay fresh.

Normally I'd agree but...

Woodside and Hunt made their stats behind one of the best lines UT has produced. As long as we put up big offensive numbers and are competitive, fans happy, tv happy, bowl committees happy.

I think the season hangs on the offensive line and if it's going to finally go over the top, that will depend upon the defensive line.
