Today from ESPN:

Regents didn't know that Athletic Department had avoided random drug testing

This is to be discussed in a new book that's about the sexual assault issues.

Honestly, have we reached the bottom of the barrel yet? What more are they going to find?

Well they still have not crossed the barrier to ritual child sacrifice like they did with Sandusky, but could Devil worship be lurking in their future? Right now I wouldn't bet against anything.

Baylor just keeps those infractions coming. NCAA needs to truely punish these cheating programs, but they won't.
The Big 12 needs to expel Baylor from its conference.

Realignment musical chairs will leave Baylor without a seat.

I agree. But it's not enough. They deserve the shame that expulsion would bring onto the program.

Baylor is too incompetent to clean their program. Heck, they kept a good chunk of that staff who went on to make those art Broyles support tshirts.

All the B12 is doing is withholding funds until Baylor proves it meets a set of standards or milestones. Tha B12 has no balls.

They are amazing. Their alums insist they are the cleanest of the P5 conferences. If that isn't having your head stuck up your own butt I don't know what is. The Texas schools' recruiting standards made the SEC look like Boy Scouts for decades. Oklahoma under Stoops did clean it up a touch from Switzer but they still weren't spic & span. And Nebraska before they departed had all kind of in house mechanisms to keep players eligible. I don't think they took it to UNC levels but still. Baylor however has taken the whole thing to depths heretofore unseen and have made SMU circa 1980's look reasonable in the process.

In a lot of ways. SMU was actually a honest program. They made commitments to pay their players a certain amount, and by god that's what they were going to do.

The rapes at Penn State and Baylor would have gotten death penalties back in the 1980's. Today nothing. Imagine if SMU only had a slap on the wrist? They would probably be P5 right now

State Penn U shouldn't be allowed to have a football program. No matter what the conference.
