You probably break 90% of all arrests on this board.
Well years of rebuilding his reputation down the drain.
I bet this charge gets lowered. Cops were pissed the 3 guys ran, so they overcharged, IMO. Does anybody really think ZBo was out there to sell pot? He bought a large amount for the party - we all know how generous ZBo is. Don't think Zach needs the money from dealing.
Yeah this seems like a whole bunch of nothing.

Was it Zbo rebuilding his reputation or the Grizz building a redemption story around him. Did it go out the windo because the Grizz was more interested in that redemption story than Zbo or the Kings were
Why in the hell does a slow 6-9 and 260lb famous person run from the police?

Even if you are lucky enough to get away it is going to be easy enough to identify you.

Secondly you are making 8 figures a year...Why you carrying the weed yourself...That is what your posse is for.

Really?

Veteran NBA star forward Zach Randolph was arrested on a marijuana charge causing a crowd uprising and the destruction of five cop cars at a Los Angeles housing project on Wednesday

Randolph had enough marijuana to be charged with a felony with over two pounds in his possession

Police saw a crowd drinking, smoking pot, blasting music and blocking streets at the Nickerson Gardens project in Watts, Los Angeles

The crowd threw bottles and rocks at the cop cars, slashing their tires and smashing the windows but no one was hurt

Police recovered two guns, impounded two vehicles and seized narcotics, Preciado said

Sounds like a whole bunch of something was going on & alot of really stupid decisions for someone in his position.

Is this the behavior we're to regularly expect if Marijuana is legalized?

Reefer Madness! Are you kidding? Pot legal in 29 states, that ship has sailed.

If it was legal he wouldnt have been arrested in the first place and a violent uprising would have never took place

And alcohol is way more destructive to society than weed ever could be

Zbo just bought some weed for a party in LA. Just sounds like a good time to me. Nothing will come of this
They were blocking traffic which caused the cops to show up. If anything Zbo is guilty of arrogance and choosing the wrong people to hang out with.

Maybe he should stay out of LA
Zbo facing a possible lifetime ban from the NBA if convicted of a felony.
I was a pot smoker for over 25 years. I have no issues with it, even though I no longer partake. There is no reason in the world that anyone should be carrying around 2 lbs of marijuana. That is a 5 year supply for even the hardiest of pot smokers. For someone making 12 million a year to be carrying around 2 lbs of marijuana is insane. If he had 3 or 4 ounces, I would have said no big deal even though that is way too much for someone to be carrying around, he had 32 ounces.

In Mempho...you give away turk-eeez. In LA, you give away oh-zeez. He was just planning on spreading the joy...

There is no defense for him carrying around 2lbs. He deserves jail time. At the very, very least, a person making 12mil a year has one of his idiot friends carrying it around.

No one deserves jail time for any amount of weed.

I have to disagree. This is the equivalent of carrying 5000 percocet with you. There is no doctor on the planet who is going to give you a prescription for 5000 percocet. Even if a prescription of percocet is legal, 5000 in your possession at any time will result in jail time.
