What is your school's biggest problems within their athletic departments? How do you think your school should go about fixing them?
Some athletic departments have A LOT of work to do. I suspect they'll need to post in Todge/DavidSt format.
In order to not set-off a certain fan-base, I'll start with UCONN.
1. Making a decision on Ollie. (Fix: Get to the NCAA tourney this year or fire him.)
2. Figuring out whether Edsall can get football back to how he had it before. (Fix: It's a rebuild so I'll give him 3 years to get above .500.)
3. Getting more $ due to lack of quality TV contract/end of Big East $. (Fix: Try to get more 3rd Tier rights back from conference if Aresco can't get us a raise. Get football back to .500 to increase ticket sale revenue.)

Cincy's biggest problem officially retired, after having enjoyed a lucrative four-year semi-retirement at Cincy's expense (in dollars, football prowess, reputation, and probably a shot at P5 status). I look at it as a unappreciated going-away gift from Whit Babcock. Water under the bridge, but with Tuberville finally gone, there's nowhere for the Bearcats to go but up.
According to the Big 12, we have a reading and learning problem.
No complaints from Shockerland. All things considered, we're batting about .500.
Speaking of batting... we need to make a change in baseball, but when we hired Butler, he was the obvious choice. It turned out to be a bum hire and fans complain about the size of his guaranteed contract, but a coaching prospect like Butler wouldn't have come to WSU following the firing of the winningest coach in NCAA history without job security. He gets one more year, then we have another shot at hiring a coach worthy of the program's tradition.

I'm told that Navy football has a low ceiling. We haven't hit it yet, though, so I'll have to get back to you all on fixes.
University Of Memphis biggest problem is location... can we move the University out of Memphis? that would help...
Tulsa needs to increase enrollment which will require investment. Also, we should really pump more money into local and regional marketing of athletics.
Other than that... retain Montgomery at whatever cost we can, and decide if Haith is worth his paycheck.
UC finally addressed a huge issue with Athletics by completely renovating Fifth Third Arena.
Like the lights were so old, we didn't turn the lights off for player introductions before the game because I was told they took too long to come back on. We built Fifth Third and just stopped upgrading after it was built.
So for UC:
1. Continuous facility improvement: Make the fans have the best experience possible to get people in seats.
2. MARKETING: UC does such a terrible job at marketing its basketball program and building hype in the off season. They release some cool videos some times but I want to see more basketball billboards around the city.
Also can we please have a Midnight madness to kick off the season? That ****** catholic school across tons puts on a frickin light show with exploding fireballs on their midnight madness... UC instead does a red and black scrimmage during homecoming tailgating hours of the football game where you can never find a place to park and zero promotion for it.
UC just needs to do more to promote basketball. I know Football drives revenue and conference affiliation but lets not forget that we've always been Basketball first up until the last 15 years or so.

Tulsa has a football attendance problem. I was surprised at the lack of people at the game last year. I have been hard on Tulsa in the past a laughing hysterically about Tulsane. Tulsa has separated itself from Tulane, but in order to take the next step must consider attendance.

The best thing about The Shoe renovation will be the additional revenue stream it will be bring. This is especially important to UC in light of the fact that the Big East exit fee money will be expiring soon. Second, the improved amenities will enhance the game day experience, which should help with attendance.
UC is going to need its alumni and fans step up their game (for all sports). This means showing up for games and donating money, regardless of the opponent. This has been a battle we have been fighting for eternity. I don't know if it has ever been important to the future of our athletics department.

Tulsa has always been competitive, so I was personally never too worried about that. My objections to Tulsa joining this conference were related to being a small, private school in a medium-sized market with limited reach. But in retrospect, there is no one outside of BYU and a couple of Mountain West schools that I would have preferred at the time.

That's why I said up enrollment and local / regional marketing. Both of those help attendance.
1. Get a pulse in basketball.
2. Start winning bowls again, it's been awhile.
3. Live up to pre-season baseball hype.

Regarding that stadium issue, I am rooting hard for 5+ years' straight 0-16 record for the Philadelphia Eagles. They should be ashamed of how they are treating Temple.
If I am a Temple grad, there's no way in Hades that I would support that team in green.

Yes, my only understanding of Tulsa was from the first couple of years of league play.
