I don't think banning people improves the quality of the board, at all. This isn't the Bama board. We have a real need for gallows humor, and we have a lot of reasons to be pissed off. The board's going to reflect that until it's no longer true, i.e. for the indefinite future. Any attempt to enforce rationality or even civility is doomed.
